Global Access is a spoken English course trademarked and copywritten by the International Centre for English Excellence (Singapore-USA). It is taught at the university level and can be offered both for credit and without credit. Alongside strategic team-teaching methods and English Corners, the Global Access Course is the core of the ICEE programme.
